GenomRx analyzes genomic data from VCF files to identify drug-gene interactions, hereditary cancer risks, and antimicrobial resistance markers. It uses the Evo 2 DNA language model (Nature, March 2025) trained on 9.3 trillion nucleotides from 128,000+ species, combined with Claude AI for clinical narrative generation.

## REVEL and CADD
The public demo includes clearly labelled synthetic REVEL and CADD examples, not patient scores or live dataset lookups. REVEL supports human missense assessment (0–1); CADD provides raw and PHRED rankings of predicted deleteriousness. Initial V1 lookup coverage is analysed human GRCh38 single-nucleotide variants. Neither score is a diagnosis or disease probability.
